Can I pick up my order on site?
We do not have a physical address, so it is not possible to pick up orders in person. However, we participate in monthly markets in Montreal and Laval. Information (date and location) is always posted in the pinned post on our Instagram.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Delivery is free for all orders of $100 or more.
What are MRBcollection jewels made of?
Our jewelry is made of 18k real gold-plated stainless steel, a durable, water-resistant, hypoallergenic material designed for everyday wear. They leave no green or black marks on the skin.
Are the bracelets adjustable?
Chain bracelets are adjustable thanks to an extension chain. You can fasten them to the desired length.
Bangles are one size fits all and suitable for all wrist sizes.
Only Lovely and Clou bangles are available in different sizes.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We only perform exchanges, at the customer's expense, and only for a valid reason (e.g., size too large or too small).

Do you offer gift wrapping?
For orders of fewer than 4 pieces of jewelry, items are sent in velvet pouches.
For orders of 4 or more pieces of jewelry, items are sent in boxes.
If you order fewer than 4 pieces of jewelry and would like gift packaging, simply select the “This is a gift” option during checkout.
